Warranty Period: 2 Years
Covered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Internal component failure
  • Technical malfunction under normal operating conditions
Not Covered (Exclusions)
  • High/low grid voltage; phase imbalance
  • Lightning or surge damage
  • Fire, flood, cyclone or natural disaster
  • Rodent/insect damage; water ingress
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Physical damage
Settlement Terms
  • Repair or replacement at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Full unit replacement is not mandatory.
  • Manufacturer approval may be required where applicable.
General Conditions
  • Claims must be submitted in writing
  • Original invoice required
  • System serial number required
  • Customer must cooperate with Company inspection
  • Warranty is non-transferable without written approval
  • Regular maintenance failure may void warranty
  • Service visit charge may apply if no fault found
Claim Process
  • Submit a written complaint
  • Provide photo/video evidence
  • Provide copy of invoice
  • Provide system serial number

Final decisions shall be made based on joint evaluation by the Company and the Manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability
  • No liability for business, income or downtime loss
  • No indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability ≤ total contract value

  • BMS (Battery Management System) malfunction
Not Covered
  • Overcharging / deep discharge beyond limits
  • Incorrect inverter configuration
  • Physical or water damage/ External short circuit
  • Unauthorized opening or tampering
Capacity degradation under normal use is not considered a warranty defect. Cycle life is not guaranteed under this warranty. Replacement may be provided on a pro-rata basis per manufacturer policy.
